1）结构分析

层次一：

主句：With these arose the question and so，a number of systems evolved【倒装+并列】

修饰①：of...evolved【介短定语，句解衡水市某某照明售后客服中心修饰question】

修饰②：in......century【介短状语，雅思修饰and so 后，长难表示时间】

结构总结：主句+介短+介短
